Another meeting of the members of the MBA-club took place on March, 31 during which the following events happened:
The statement of decisions of Council of the MBA-club about reception of new members, delivery
of nominal plastic cards, self-presentation (5 persons). The number of the members of the Club has exceeded 50 persons.
Meeting with Doctor of Philosophy, professor Chubays Igor Borisovich, director of the Center of studying of modern Russia
(Moscow) and presentation of his new sociopolitical bestseller "Discoveres Russia ".

New victories of our team
On February, 27 and on March, 3 the female basketball team " The International University " has
gained victories in games with teams of leading high schools of Gertsen state pedagogical university
and St.-Petersburg state university in championship of high schools of Saint Petersburg.

On February, 3 and 10 the female basketball team " The International University " in persistent
struggle has beaten teams of the Savings Bank and Gertsen state pedagogical university in regional
and city Championship FSO of the trade unions " Russia ".
VIP - lectures. A new cycle.
On January, 23-27 professor Kosov E.V. (the International University in Moscow) has carried
out classes with students of the program ÌÂÀ of the first year of training in the course "Management
of projects ", including 2 business games.
On January, 18-21 the first pro-rector of the International university in Moscow professor Berlin A.D.
has carried out lectures with students of the program ÌÂÀ in the course " Corporate management ". Lectures
ended with business game " Formation of system of corporate management by the company and its output on the
public stock market ". During this game students have been divided into two groups: owners and managers of
business. Two variants of solving the problem as computer presentations were offered as the result of its
discussion with the help of advisers on corporate management Dubovitskaya E.A., Gulyaev K.A.(the International
University in Moscow). Open discussion took place at the end of the game.
Student’s Day
The traditional holiday devoted to the Student’s Day was celebrated on January, 25 in the building
on the Vasilyevskom island. The students’ party took place after the official part of the event. That’s
the way our students celebrated the ending of the winter session.
Conference - presentation of business projects
On January, 14 the conference - presentation of business projects of strategic development
of the organizations by students of the program ÌÂÀ of the second year of training has taken place
within the course " Strategic management " under the direction of professor Marsheva V.I.
